THE LETTER ROAD — PRIVACY POLICY

The Letter Road is an offline exploration game published by Solo Core Performance LLC. Playing does not require a player account or diagnostic sharing.

SAVED JOURNEY AND PURCHASES
Your journey, delivered letters, journal notes and settings are stored on your device. We do not upload them to this diagnostic service. In-app purchases and restorations are handled by Apple StoreKit. We do not receive your payment card details. The game does not use advertising identifiers, advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking.

LOCAL DIAGNOSTICS
Apple MetricKit can deliver technical reports about crashes, hangs, CPU, memory, launch times, energy and other performance characteristics. The game also records bounded performance summaries for the current world and graphics preset. Local reports are stored separately from your saved journey, excluded from device backups, and limited to 120 reports, 12 MB and 30 days. Settings lets you export or delete local reports.

OPTIONAL SHARING
Sharing is off by default. If you enable "Share technical diagnostics", saved technical reports are sent over HTTPS to our dedicated Supabase project to help us fix bugs and improve performance. Reports may include device model, operating-system and app versions, technical crash stacks, report times, the game world and selected graphics preset. Apple reports describe a reporting period and are not attributed to whichever world was open when they arrived.

We do not include journal notes, letter contents, your saved journey, a player account, your name, email address, precise location or an advertising identifier. Reports have technical report IDs for deduplication, not a persistent player-tracking ID. We do not use this diagnostic service for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Supabase processes the reports on our behalf. Hosting providers may also process connection metadata, such as IP addresses, in operational logs. Our application tables do not store raw IP addresses. Short-lived, hourly-rotating hashes are used for request limits and removed within two days.

RETENTION AND CONTROL
Detailed reports are retained for up to 30 days and summaries for up to 90 days; storage limits may remove them earlier. Diagnostics can be viewed only through authorized administrative access. Turning sharing off stops future uploads; it does not remove reports already sent. Deleting local reports does not delete remote reports. You can contact us using the support page below about diagnostic reports you have exported and shared.

NETWORK FAILURES
The game keeps working when there is no connection or this service is unavailable. Failed uploads are retried with a delay and stay within the local storage limits. Simulator and validation reports are labelled separately from real-device reports.

SUPPORT
If you choose to contact support or share an exported diagnostic report, the information you provide is used to respond to your request. Do not include information you do not want to share. Separate websites, Apple services and hosting providers operate under their own applicable notices.
